At Jestify, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to offer you peace of mind and confidence in your purchases.

Returns and Refunds

You may return an item within 30 days of the end of the campaign or within 10 days of delivery (whichever is later) under the following conditions (with visual confirmation required):

  • The product is flawed.
  • The quality of the printing is poor.
  • The final product is significantly different from the design presented in the campaign.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at [email protected].

Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
